Tobias Manske f69933d7bd Add version dependent selection of js for preview. Anki 2.1.44 and prior used a different set of javascript in the reviewer. Anki Live Editor Preview

This plugin adds a live preview to all your card editors. It was written out of pure annoyance of having to open the "Cards..." screen every time.
