Thomas Wucher 99dde1aff8 Download patch files from Github instead of wrapdb 
Currently wrapdb.mesonbuild.com is offline and its not clear when it
will be up again. Github seems to be the more reliable source for these
files.

How to build

$ git clone https://github.com/Alexays/Waybar
$ cd Waybar
$ meson build
$ ninja -C build
$ ./build/waybar
# If you want to install it
$ ninja -C build install
$ waybar
