I-Al-Istannen db1219d4a9 Create a link file in ILIAS crawler

This allows us to crawl links and represent them in the file system.
Users can choose between an ILIAS-imitation (that optionally
auto-redirects) and a plain text variant.

Installation with pip

Ensure you have at least Python 3.8 installed. Run the following command to install PFERD or upgrade it to the latest version:

$ pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/Garmelon/PFERD@latest

The use of venv is recommended.
