Joscha b70b62cef5 Make crawler sections start with "crawl:"

Also, use only the part of the section name after the "crawl:" as the crawler's
output directory. Now, the implementation matches the documentation again

Installation with pip

Ensure you have at least Python 3.8 installed. Run the following command to install PFERD or upgrade it to the latest version:

$ pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/Garmelon/PFERD@latest

The use of venv is recommended.
