Joscha b44b49476d Fix noncritical and anoncritical decorators 
I must've forgot to update the anoncritical decorator when I last changed the
noncritical decorator. Also, every exception should make the crawler not
error_free, not just CrawlErrors.

Installation with pip

Ensure you have at least Python 3.8 installed. Run the following command to install PFERD or upgrade it to the latest version:

$ pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/Garmelon/PFERD@latest

The use of venv is recommended.
