Joscha afac22c562 Handle abort in exclusive output state correctly 
If the event loop is stopped while something holds the exclusive output, the
"log" singleton is now reset so the main thread can print a few more messages
before exiting.

Installation with pip

Ensure you have at least Python 3.8 installed. Run the following command to install PFERD or upgrade it to the latest version:

$ pip install --upgrade git+https://github.com/Garmelon/PFERD@latest

The use of venv is recommended.
