Ilias Tsitsimpis 37bcd45e4e Abort after three Ctrl-C keystrokes ...

By default, OfflineIMAP catches SIGTERM/SIGHUP/SIGINT and attempts to
gracefully terminate as soon as possible. Allow the user to abort
immediately, by hitting Ctrl-C several times.
