Rather than the extremly verbose NO WARRANTY blurb, we output a somewhat
smaller initial text which should still make the GPL happy.

This Exception can be thrown whenever a sync error occurs. It is used
for outputting sensible error messages to the user and it denotes a
"severity", it can tell offlineimap if we need to abort a message, a
folder, a repo sync, or whether we should indeed abort immediately.
The exception is not yet used in the code.

Move central constant definitions into __init__.py. This does away
with version.py which contained nothing else and __init__.py is where
things like __VERSION__ are usually defined.
This commit also changes code to use offlineimap.__version__ rather
than offlineimap.version.__version__ as was before. Cleaned up some
duplicate or unneeded imports while touching those, formatting import
statements per PEP8 (one import per row).

Rather than calling a function in a module, invoke offlineimap by
calling an OfflineImap object.
This removes code lying outside of objects; I prefer to keep code
within an object and provides us with a nicer Object encapsulation.
It will also ease the testing of Object functionality in unittests
when they are introduced.
Previously we would import and start Offlineimap like this:
from offlineimap import init
init.startup('6.2.0')
now we do:
from offlineimap import OfflineImap
offlineimap = OfflineImap()
offlineimap.startup('6.2.0')
