Imply single-threaded mode with -d(ebug) command line option
All invocations of -d will imply the single-threaded mode unless one of the debug options is "thread" (in which case it would be senseless to force single-threaded mode). Signed-off-by: Sebastian Spaeth <Sebastian@SSpaeth.de> Signed-off-by: Nicolas Sebrecht <nicolas.s-dev@laposte.net>
